Interstate Power Systems is looking for an experienced Field Service Advisor/Writer for our Lakeville, Minnesota location. We are offering highly competitive wages. Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour, DOE. Service Advisors fulfill a critical role in our operations. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships by consulting with customers regarding their service needs. Together with the technicians, a Service Advisor ascertains the cause of the issues that prompted a given customer's visit, works to address and resolve those issues. We are looking for a strong person to support our Generator customers by providing exceptional service through a strong understanding of the Generator service industry.
