About The Position

The Field Service Account Manager at Clean Harbors is responsible for driving new business while maintaining existing accounts in the El Paso, TX region. This role focuses on initiating sales, developing strategic sales plans, and enhancing customer relationships to achieve profitable revenue growth. The manager will work collaboratively with various departments to provide insights and solutions to clients, ensuring health and safety is prioritized throughout all operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 5-7+ years in sales and/or sales management for a large distributed, service-focused sales organization.
  • Track record of developing and executing sales strategy and account development.
  • Experience in B2B markets and complex selling processes.
  • Proficient in oral and written communications, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and project planning/management experience.
  • Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in environmental services or industrial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with WebEx presentations and consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business.
  • Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbor's solutions within their organization.
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts to support the Company in achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Deepen existing business relationships by increasing account satisfaction and following up with service delivery.
  • Propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new account locations.
  • Effectively communicate the account strategy to the marketing team and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership by partnering with and adding direction, training, and coaching to line management and field sales teams.
  • Evaluate customer needs and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing.
  • Understand account profitability and develop strategies to maximize profit and increase market share.
  • Seek out and develop additional SK Corporate Accounts using detailed target analysis templates.
