As a Field Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising security officers and carrying out administrative procedures as required by the branch. This will involve, performing inspections, scheduling and assigning employees to shifts and posts as needed, and ensuring post orders are followed. Furthermore, you will respond to incidents and provide service coverage as needed, as well as lead, coach and train personnel. Specific responsibilities for this supervisory role include: Ensuring that personnel delivers high-quality service, evaluating service quality and initiating any necessary corrective action in a timely manner Meeting with Branch management for status updates, to address any actual or potential problems Providing support during client start-ups and input to security planning, assessments and surveys Reviewing orders and communicating requirements and changes to affected personnel Ensuring that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect Supporting, coaching employees, and carrying out disciplinary actions, as necessary Maintaining a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures Communicating and coordinating with Branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services Coordinating with Branch management and other supervisory personnel to discuss customer service, initiatives, personnel matters, and related issues Inspecting patrol routes and sites as assigned to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with orders, contracts and directives Reviewing client and company required reports for accuracy and timeliness Assisting in preparing and submitting payroll information Performing tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office Field Security Supervisor Job Requirements We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Field Security Supervisor who combines industry experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and employees.
