About The Position

The Field Security Officer position at Clark Security involves providing security services at various sites around the tri-state area, including Owensboro, Evansville, Princeton, and Mt. Vernon. Officers are responsible for protecting client premises from hazards such as theft, vandalism, and accidents, while maintaining law and order. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean background with no felonies.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to deal with the public effectively.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak clear/fluent English.
• Must be physically fit to walk, climb stairs/ladders, stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat/cold conditions.
• Must have corrected eyesight to 20/20 vision and a normal sense of hearing and smell.

Responsibilities

• Protect the client's premises from hazards such as fire, theft, accidents, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Maintain law and order while protecting lives and property.
• Observe and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Remain highly visible and alert to deter theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
• Acquire and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications to perform duties.
