Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of security concepts and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience or coursework related to prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research and experiment with various prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance of our internal AI models on customer security questionnaires.
  • Develop and refine prompts for diverse learning scenarios, including knowledge retrieval, static data usage and data analysis from multiple sources.
  • Create and maintain a repository of effective prompts for internal use.
  • Collaborate with the AI vendor team and internal team to iterate on prompt effectiveness.
  • Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of a customer security scoring system based on product usage and security best practices.
  • Research and analyze relevant security standards across our product to build our scoring.
  • Collect and organize data related to customer security configurations and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of scoring algorithms and metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize security scores.
  • Work with the security team to test and validate the scoring system.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
