About The Position

Field Scientist, BioAnalytical Services Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Field Scientist. This role combines technical subject matter expertise with field-facing sales and thought leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a confident communicator, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a field-based, remote role that will require travel as needed. The Role Support training and onboarding of field teams with technical content and tools. Support field teams with sales tools, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement materials by working with product management and sales leadership. Participate in customer meetings and events to represent the company’s technical and strategic value. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, collateral, and digital content tailored to field needs. Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on capabilities, applications, and industry trends. Collaborate with scientists, product management, and business development to ensure alignment on technical messaging and product positioning. Create and maintain sales tools, presentations, and collateral tailored to field needs. Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the bio, pharma, medical device industries, or other related industries Strong network of Analytical Scientists within given territory a must. Bachelor’s degree in scientific area required. Science related MS, Ph.D. or MBA (with science BS) preferred. Requirements
