About The Position

This role is perfect for you if you thrive on: Relationship Building: You'll be the face of Cavalier Distributing for chain stores within your assigned territory, building and nurturing positive, professional relationships with our valued retail partners. Autonomy and Discipline: This is a territory you manage! You must be highly self-disciplined and motivated, reliably executing weekly routes and staying on track to meet every customer on schedule. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience (previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus!).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

  • previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Executing delivery receipt and expert merchandising/restocking.
  • Restocking, building, and maintaining compelling displays to Cavalier's high standards.
  • Executing and closing sales directly with retail decision-makers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and proactively upselling incremental product.
  • Ensuring proper retail pricing, signage, and effective utilization of point-of-sale materials.
