Field Sales Specialist Associate - Craft Beverages
About The Position
Cavalier Distributing Florida, a premier distributor of craft beer, specialty imports, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, is seeking a self-driven, enthusiastic individual to manage and expand a sales territory as a Field Sales Specialist. This role focuses on building and nurturing professional relationships with chain stores, providing excellent customer service, and strategically increasing sales and portfolio presence within assigned accounts. The position requires a highly self-disciplined and motivated individual capable of executing weekly routes and meeting customer schedules. It also offers an opportunity to engage with the craft beer and beverage industry, conducting tastings and providing product knowledge training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
- Executing delivery receipt and expert merchandising/restocking.
- Restocking, building, and maintaining compelling displays to Cavalier's high standards.
- Executing and closing sales directly with retail decision-makers.
- Monitoring inventory levels and proactively upselling incremental product.
- Ensuring proper retail pricing, signage, and effective utilization of point-of-sale materials.
