Compensation: $24/hr+ total compensation, including: Base hourly rate Tips Profit share & performance incentives Overtime Full-time teammates typically earn $1,200–$2,500+ per bi-weekly pay period depending on performance, schedule availability, and sales ability. You will: Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates Remove junk safely from homes and businesses Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided) Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.
