About The Position

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who have a start date between January 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024 (this offer is not applicable to internal employees). As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of an elite group of sellers who provide customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers' doors. You will be driven to connect with customers, as every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services. You will thrive on the challenge of meeting your sales goals, with uncapped commission potential allowing you to maximize your earnings. In this role, you will be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, enjoying the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at their convenience. You will close deals by offering hands-on demos, conducting WiFi assessments, delivering technology, and resolving issues to keep customers connected to what matters most to them. Your journey will begin with paid training to set you up for success in working independently in the field. You will receive coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you on track and tech-savvy. Daily interactions with potential customers will be pre-scheduled by AT&T, giving you the chance to effectively meet and exceed your sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as you will need to pivot smoothly and remain highly motivated to close sales.
