As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of an elite group of sellers who provide customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' doors. To set you up for success, we will kick things off with paid training, which will prepare you to work independently in the field. You will receive coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you on track and tech-savvy. Daily, you will meet with potential customers, with AT&T pre-scheduling interactions to help you effectively meet and surpass your sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as you will need to pivot smoothly and remain highly motivated to close sales. Key expectations for success include having some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets, maintaining a valid driver's license (as a company car will be provided), and being willing to work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $41,600 and $52,234 annually, with the potential to earn an additional $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn up to $71,029 per year, along with other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T.
