About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to cover the San Francisco, CA territory. Onco360 Pharmacy operates a unique oncology pharmacy model designed to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. The company fosters an environment for professional and personal growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage a designated regional territory to maximize sales forecasts. This includes being a self-starter and team player, responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting, and developing key oncology practices and hospital-based business relationships within the targeted regional territory, with customers including oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals, and clinics.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • Current work experience and industry-related contacts (local candidates)
  • Being a self-starter
  • Being a team player
  • Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
  • Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities
  • Self motivated and results driven
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Microsoft Office and CRM experience

  • Oncology sales experience strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts
