The Field Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers in PR area. This position requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. The representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Success in this role directly impacts the company’s market presence and competitive positioning in the region. Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales activities and networking within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and reporting progress to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience and feedback integration.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
