About The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in your area. As a part of this role, you will recruit local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to approach potential businesses, present the program, qualify them, assist with their application, drive community referrals, and organize recruitment events. This role involves travel up to two hours driving distance and offers commission earnings for each successful partner conversion.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.
  • Proficiency with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in account management and customer service.
  • 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

  • Field sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest from prospective businesses.
  • Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activities in Salesforce.
  • Assist the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events, such as lunch and learns or town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
