About The Position

Join one of the largest food distribution companies in the Northeast as a Bilingual English and Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese Field Sales Representative. Requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects within the food distribution sector. Promote and sell a wide range of food products to retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers. Conduct regular/occasional on-site visits to client locations to assess needs, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, pricing, and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Attend sales meetings, trainings, or seminars as required and needed to represent the company and generate leads. Perform other duties, as required. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship. Technologically competent; familiar with MS Office, remote internet connectivity, and ERP software. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively. Proven ability to develop and execute new business prospecting plans. Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing sales successfully. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including occasional travel, and take initiative. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
