About The Position

Join an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T, delivering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. Field Sales Representatives are driven to connect, leveraging every interaction to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the salary range contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will represent AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare you for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will engage daily with existing customers through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully close sales. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
