This role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the salary range contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will represent AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare you for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will engage daily with existing customers through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully close sales.
