About The Position

Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are sales professionals who provide customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. They are responsible for introducing the latest technology and services, with a focus on achieving sales goals and earning uncapped commission. The role involves working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Representatives close deals by offering hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The position includes paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to ensure success in the field. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects effectively, and utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive (company vehicle provided for official business use only)
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
