About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join an elite group of sales professionals. This role involves delivering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home, introducing the latest technology and services. Field Sales Representatives are driven to connect and thrive on achieving sales goals, with uncapped commission potential. New representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. The representative will act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
  • Ability to work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
