New representatives can expect to earn between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the salary range contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to ensure success in independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to secure sales.
