  • In-person visits to healthcare providers, clinics, and specialty practices to educate and drive usage of the product.
  • Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
  • Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
  • Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product with professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech field sales experience preferred; Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own territory.
  • Willingness to travel (50%+) and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech field sales experience preferred; Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.
