About The Position

Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are sales professionals who provide customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. They are driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services. The role involves working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Representatives are expected to close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and if sales goals are met or exceeded. The role includes paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to ensure success in the field. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily and utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
