Requirements

• A natural ability to connect with people and start conversations with ease
• Self-motivation and a competitive drive — you don't wait to be pushed
• Resilience and a positive attitude — you brush off a "no" and move to the next door
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and genuine
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in meaningful conversations
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our in-home sales consultants
• Represent SAAD Bath & Shower with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge
• Track your activity, leads, and appointments accurately
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience
• Meet and exceed weekly lead and appointment targets
