Field Sales Represenative - Electrical Location/Territory: Based out of Livermore, CA; Our service area extends throughout the East and South Bay and its neighboring communities. Why it Matters As an FSR, you are the face of Service Champions. You aren't just "running calls"—you are conducting deep-dive needs analyses to help clients upgrade their electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. From rooftops to crawlspaces, you’ll be the expert who ensures every homeowner gets exactly what they need to stay comfortable and safe.

Requirements

  • You must obtain a valid CSLB Home Improvement Sales (HIS) License upon hire.
  • Ability to navigate all areas of a home, including attics and basements.
  • Punctuality is non-negotiable.
  • You have a keen ability to manage multiple tasks, handle complex paperwork, and make smart judgments in tricky situations.
  • Proven experience in a high-priority sales environment.
  • A foundational understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn) residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to provide accurate recommendations.
  • High attention to detail regarding contracts, Fee for Service sheets, and payment processing.
  • The ability to listen actively to client needs and translate technical jargon into clear, value-based options for homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Perform home surveys, physically accessing rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces to take accurate measurements.
  • Present improvement and replacement options clearly, getting clients "happily engaged" with our world-class products.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, completing documents within 24 hours and arranging payments.
  • Partner closely with our Production teams to ensure the job is executed seamlessly and the client is 100% satisfied.
  • Represent Service Champions' core values in every interaction, from the first greeting to the final contract.
