The Field Sales Representative will drive a positive relationship with distributor network at the branch level – motivating Branch, District, and Account Managers to grow and develop Polar’s position in the category. They will work an account base determined by the area sales manager with flexibility to make changes based on feedback, ad activity, and distributor needs. The ideal candidate has worked with local retailers, within a DSD network (beer, wine/spirits, or non-alcoholic) and knows how to communicate with different levels of stakeholders both internally and externally.
