About The Position

Eastroc Beverage North America – the #3 energy drink company in the world – is coming to North America! Eastroc Beverage North America also owns Pittston Co-Packers. The Field Foot Soldier will be responsible for driving sales growth, securing market presence in NYC, as well as interaction with distributors, retailers, and consumer promotions at retail. The Field Foot Soldier needs to be fearless, fun to be around, exciting, self-motivated, hardworking and passionate about selling the 3rd largest energy drink in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sell-in new business opportunities and expand distribution channels in C-Store, Indy -Chain and AOM accounts.
  • Solicit new accounts within the distributor assigned territory
  • Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with key chain accounts while soliciting new business in the independent chain segment
  • Develop relationships with new EASTROC customers (Distributors, retailers, restaurants, and bars)
  • Conduct regular visits to retail accounts to ensure product placement, merchandising and compliance with brand standards
  • Set up and secure promotions in Indy and AOM chain accounts
  • Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at the field level
  • Secure displays, signage, and point of sale materials in all accounts
  • Provide analysis of the category and intelligence to the team
  • Track sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance
  • Key distributor leadership bi-monthly meetings
