About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join an elite group of sales professionals. This role involves providing customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home, introducing the latest technology and services. Representatives are driven to connect and thrive on achieving sales goals, with uncapped commission potential. New Field Sales Representatives can earn between $60,530 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The position involves working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to ensure success in the field, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects effectively using strong negotiation and communication skills. AT&T, founded nearly 150 years ago by Alexander Graham Bell, continues to innovate, connecting families, communities, and businesses with essential products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive for official business use
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
