Looking to break into a high-income sales career where your effort directly impacts what you earn? Joyce is hiring In-Home Field Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, run pre-set appointments, and help guide them through home improvement projects. This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential and a clear path for growth. You do not need prior home improvement experience to succeed here. We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are confident, coachable, and ready to take advantage of a high-opportunity environment. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present solutions, and help them move forward with projects that improve their homes. You will be supported with pre-qualified appointments, strong training, and a team focused on helping you succeed. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. Typical earnings: $100,000 to $150,000+ Top performers: $180,000+ This role is designed for individuals who want control over their income and are motivated by performance.

Requirements

  • Are highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Are comfortable talking to people and building rapport
  • Want a role where effort = earnings
  • Are coachable and open to feedback
  • Can manage your time and work independently
  • No industry experience required — backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or entry-level sales tend to do very well in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Run in-home appointments with homeowners (no cold calling)
  • Present products and guide customers through decisions
  • Build trust and create a strong customer experience
  • Follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads
  • Manage your schedule and territory effectively
  • Take basic measurements and document project details
  • Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach
  • Stay organized and communicate with internal teams
