The role offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will connect with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales.
