About The Position

This role supports the North Charlotte, NC territory, and we are seeking candidates who currently reside in the area. The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with prospective and existing clients across assigned territories within the United States. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. The representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, re-orders specialist, and product development is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and to relay market feedback. Ultimately, the role demands a proactive, results-driven individual who can effectively represent the company’s brand and contribute to long-term business success through strategic field sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Charlotte, NC area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales or outside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or Goldmine.
  • Knowledge of the industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
  • Formal sales training or certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools to enhance sales presentations and reporting.
  • Experience in overnight traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to present products and services.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or surpass sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent workload and follow up across a 7‑week travel rotation, with three overnight weeks
  • Utilization of Team members to support new business growth, reorders, and Customer issues.
