About The Position

Due to our continued growth, D&W is currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to cover the city of Denver, Colorado.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the truck, automotive or parts industry is preferred, diesel knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of selling techniques, must be able to speak the customer’s language
• Knowledge in diesel engine, truck hydraulic systems, or tank truck industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory
• This position requires a valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Bilingual – fluent in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new customer accounts as well as service and maintain existing accounts
• Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs
• Plan and organize sales strategies
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems, issues, and complaints
• Interact with key decision makers on a regular basis, know their needs
• Advise and assist customers in areas including inventory, service availability, new products, and services
• Take orders from customers, provide literature and guidance as needed
• Achieve sales and performance goals
• Conduct all business transactions in an ethical manner
