About The Position

This opportunity is for a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, designed to jumpstart a sales career. The role involves joining an elite group of sales professionals who provide customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. Field Sales Representatives are driven to connect, introducing the latest technology and services, and are responsible for achieving sales goals. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $61,800 and $100,000, including an hourly rate. This range is dependent on geography, experience, expertise, education/training, and meeting/exceeding sales goals. Representatives act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Key tasks include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. AT&T provides paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

  • Outside sales experience highly preferred
