As a Sr. In-Home Sales Expert, you will be driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings between $51,200 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and contingent on meeting/exceeding sales goals. You will represent AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you. Your responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare you for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will engage with existing customers daily through provided scheduled appointments, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully close sales.
