About The Position

ECS is seeking a Field Sales Representative with a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast-growing, industry-leading cybersecurity and IT sales organization. This is a hunter role focused on driving net-new business, greenfield opportunities, and channel/OEM partnerships. As a Field Sales Rep, you’ll own the field, traveling, networking, and leveraging partners to break into new accounts and expand ECS’s presence. You’ll sell across Managed Cybersecurity, Professional Services, and License Resale solutions, positioning ECS as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and IT executives. This job pays commissions monthly per qualifying deal and comes with a quota.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing net-new business in cybersecurity, IT services, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong channel/OEM sales experience, with success in co-selling and leveraging partnerships.
  • Ability to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Experience selling managed services, professional services, and/or license resale solutions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to sell at the CISO/CIO/IT leadership level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly competitive, self-starter mindset with discipline to drive results.
