Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution. Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product installation in order to set-up their applications and features. Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures. Sell all products and services offered by the Company.
