About The Position

If so, we invite you to join Mosquito Hunters as a Field Sales Representative for our summer sales season (May–August). We are looking to fill this position immediately. No prior sales experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. At Mosquito Hunters, we help homeowners reclaim their outdoor spaces by offering professional pest control services, specializing in mosquito, flea, and tick treatments. We believe we are not just in the pest control business—we are in the customer loyalty business. Our mission is to build strong, lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service. We are looking for driven, hardworking individuals who will represent our company with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism. Bonus: When we’re not eliminating pests, we’re brightening homes with holiday lighting installations in the fall!

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required – we provide training!
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people
• Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Experience in pest control
• Experience in lawn care & landscaping
• Experience in outdoor labor & home services
• Experience in holiday lighting installation
• Experience in delivery services (Uber, Lyft, Postmates, Amazon, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conducting door-to-door sales to promote and sell Pest Hunters’ pest control services
• Engaging homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about our treatments
• Explaining the benefits of our services and addressing customer concerns
• Identifying potential customers and converting leads into sales
• Offering seasonal service packages tailored to customer needs
• Handling objections and guiding customers toward booking a service
• Participating in sales training sessions to enhance selling techniques
• Tracking daily interactions, leads, and sales performance
• Reporting results to the Sales Manager and striving to exceed sales targets
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude as a brand ambassador
