The Retail Sales Representative role is responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout approximately 50-55 retail locations in the R.I., Eastern MA, NH Coast, and ME territory. Key responsibilities include training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments. The Retail Sales Representative will manage account relationships and provide support for the full Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product line. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with enhanced multi-tasking abilities, and strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. YOUR ROLE We move fast and stay dynamic — in this role you’ll jump into a variety of projects, adapt on the fly, and take on new challenges as they come. A large part of what you will do is: Drive top‑line sales across multiple product lines by taking a strategic, opportunity‑focused approach to accounts and building strong relationships with store teams, distributor partners, and in‑home sales consultants. Lead engaging training and education sessions that elevate product knowledge, highlight brand differentiators, and fuel premium sales growth. Ensure new and re‑merchandised stores are set on schedule with the right displays, signage, pricing, and in‑aisle stock to maximize sales and maintain merchandising standards. Champion Pro Business by partnering with retail Pro Associates and distributor sales teams, supporting focus stores, implementing targeted sales programs, and participating in key retail events. Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape sales messaging, recommend new products, support POP updates, and drive cohesive territory execution. Partner with Customer Service to resolve claims, recommend corrective actions, and maintain a positive customer experience. Manage travel and expenses responsibly while consistently meeting territory goals and jumping into additional projects as needed in our fast-moving environment.
