Field Sales Representative II Seed-Channel. The counties for this Channel Field Sales Representative II. This role will cover Marshall, Tama, Benton, and Poweshiek counties. As a Field Sales Representative II you will create demand for Bayer seed growth, seed products with retailers, dealers, and top growers, achieving an annual target within your territory or squad. You are an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with other Bayer commercial employees in the same geography to ensure the success of the squad goals. Your expertise in Bayer brands and product/technical/agronomic knowledge makes you a champion in demonstrating product performance against the competition.
