Our core products include an AI Receptionist and AI clinical transcription, deeply integrated with leading dental PMS platforms (Dentrix Ascend, ClearDent, others). We sell into single-location practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs, often in partnership with PMS and ecosystem players. This is an early-stage, high-velocity environment with strong backing and a clear mandate to scale. Growth Highlights: Consistent high growth month over month Now used by hundreds of practices across the U.S. The Opportunity: Sales Representative We are hiring Field Sales Representatives to own revenue generation in large U.S. urban markets (Florida, California, Arizona and/or Texas). This is a quota-carrying role combining outbound prospecting, in-person selling, and deal execution. You will be responsible for selling Marea directly to dental practices and groups, with a strong emphasis on on-site visits, relationship building, and closing. This role is best suited for sellers with prior experience in dental software, PMS, imaging, or practice services, who are comfortable operating independently and driving a territory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience selling into dental practices or healthcare SMBs
  • Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling
  • Proven ability to prospect independently and close deals
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at dental software or PMS companies (Dentrix, Open Dental, Henry Schein, Carestream, etc.)
  • Experience selling SaaS or workflow software
  • Familiarity with DSOs or multi-location dental groups
  • History of exceeding quota in a territory-based role

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined geographic territory and revenue quota
  • Prospect and close new dental practices and multi-location groups
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and workflow walkthroughs
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close
  • Drive urgency and same-day or fast-cycle closes where appropriate
  • Execute outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, on-site drop-ins)
  • Build strong referral networks within dental ecosystems
  • Leverage PMS-specific motions (e.g., Dentrix Ascend) in messaging
  • Partner closely with inside sales and leadership on pipeline strategy
  • Provide structured feedback on objections, pricing, competition, and product gaps
  • Identify DSO and multi-location expansion opportunities
  • Surface partnership or channel opportunities from the field
