Job Summary The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for driving brand presence and sales within retail accounts by ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and promoted. This role focuses on building strong relationships with store-level decision makers, executing merchandising standards, and increasing brand visibility across large stores, small stores, and national chains. You’ll also lead in-store sampling activations to generate consumer engagement and drive incremental sales. As the face of Green House in the field, you will work closely with your Program Manager and retail partners to ensure program goals are met and exceeded.
