This position is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through cold calling and visiting new and existing customers. This role is responsible for prospecting, engaging, and placing orders via phone, in person, and email with both new and existing customers across athletic facilities, including professional sports organizations, universities, K–12 schools, and physical therapy accounts. This sales representative builds and maintains strong internal and external partnerships, collaborating closely with vendors, and internal support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, account growth, and successful order fulfillment. This position is focused on growing sales by capturing new business (80%) and servicing existing business (20%).
