About The Position

The Community Engagement Professional 2 is directly responsible for soliciting new customers and developing new customer bases for PCO Clinics within their assigned area. The Community Engagement Professional 2 coordinates new patients coming to a PCO clinic for an office visit, which is accomplished by: building strong lasting relationships with community partners, building and executing community events focused on generating leads that turn in to prospective patients with an office visit, and building and executing in center activities focused on 'bring a friend' referrals. The Community Engagement Professional 2 interacts with prospective patients to provide an overview of the clinical model of care that we employ within our PCO clinics nationwide. Executes local community events to promote and sell the PCO clinical care model to prospective patients.

Requirements

• Ability to build community partnerships.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to meet sales goals and metrics.
• 3 years of technical experience (MS Office and Word).
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with specified limits.
