About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hodge Industrial, you will operate as the owner of a defined territory, managing the full sales cycle and building long-term customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. What You’ll Do You will own and grow a defined territory of industrial and manufacturing customers, managing opportunities from first contact through long-term account development.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand operational needs
  • Recommend equipment and service solutions
  • Build and grow a significant book of business
  • Coordinate with service and support teams to deliver results
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
