Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B, is commonly required, though some roles may train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong prospecting, cold calling, and negotiation skills.
  • Licensure: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work in varied weather conditions, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Growth: Actively identify and pursue new commercial business through cold calling, networking, and utilizing company-provided marketing tools.
  • Inspections: Conduct interior and exterior inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Consultative Selling: Recommend tailored, innovative pest control solutions, prepare service agreements, and explain benefits to prospective clients using company iPads.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with business owners and facility managers to establish long-term, loyal partnerships.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
