About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Field Sales – New Construction Specialist to grow and strengthen builder and agent partnerships within our team to help open up new relationships. This field-based role is ideal for a strategic professional who understands mortgage financing, thrives in a relationship-focused environment, and is passionate about helping builders and new home sales agents succeed. You will play a key role in expanding our builder portfolio, establishing preferred lender relationships, and delivering innovative financing strategies that drive sales, improve conversion rates, and create exceptional client experiences. Requirements

  • Able to work onsite at the Franklin, TN office
  • Proven experience in mortgage lending, new construction, or real estate sales
  • Strong understanding of new construction financing and builder processes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a field-based territory
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed

Responsibilities

  • Builder & Partner Development
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new builder and developer relationships
  • Establish and grow preferred lender partnerships within targeted communities
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with new home sales agents throughout Middle Tennessee
  • Present customized financing solutions aligned with builder and agent needs
  • Agent Support & Sales Enablement
  • Partner with new home sales agents to increase buyer confidence and conversion
  • Provide strategic financing guidance on active transactions to help overcome obstacles
  • Lead on-site trainings, sales meetings, and product education sessions
  • Equip agents with tools and messaging to position financing as a competitive advantage
  • Loan Strategy & Deal Structuring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure loans aligned with builder timelines and buyer needs
  • Deliver creative financing solutions, including rate buydowns, extended locks, and alternative income programs
  • Serve as a resource for complex scenarios and “save-the-deal” opportunities
  • Market Presence & Brand Growth
  • Represent CareyAnn & MyMortgageTeam with professionalism, energy, and integrity in the field
  • Attend industry events, builder meetings, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
  • Promote awareness of new construction and strategic lending solutions
