Reporting to, and working in close collaboration with the Sales Director, The Americas, the Field Sales Manager, Fitness Clubs is responsible for driving sales growth across a designated region of the USA through high-touch, in-person customer engagement and proactive business development. This role is primarily field-based, visiting existing customers, developing new accounts, and expanding the Merrithew and Align-Pilates brand presence. The Field Sales Manager is accountable for growing revenue through consultative selling, strategic account development, and targeted prospecting activities, while strengthening long-term customer relationships. In addition to managing existing accounts, this individual will actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through in-field prospecting, distributor visits, trade shows, and strategic outreach. Administrative and operational support is provided by the Customer Service team (replacement parts, damaged shipments, etc.) and the Sales Coordinator for lead qualification and Saved Carts opportunities, allowing the Field Sales Manager to remain focused on revenue-generating, customer-facing activities, specifically targeting the Fitness Club segment.
