Due to continued growth, we are seeking Field Sales Executives throughout the United States. The Field Sales Executives will work proactively to identify and develop new clients within their territory by providing industry-leading solutions in the Automatic ID and Data Capture space with a focused set of accounts ranging from 100 to 300 total. With a mindset of “Think Big,” Field Sales Executives will be tasked with capturing our full suite of capabilities across existing customers, new logo acquisitions, and an assigned territory. Location: Mid Atlantic

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and build long-term customer relationships with key decision makers.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and a desire to be successful with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, present effective solutions, and close the business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM technologies in addition to basic computer knowledge
  • Experience prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve gross profit growth targets through sales of technology for barcoding and mobile computing solutions.
  • Develop and expand contacts and relationships within assigned accounts to retain and grow existing business.
  • Utilize your hunter mentality to make outbound strategic calls to cultivate relationships and source new logo opportunities through Levata and Partner demand generation.
  • Optimize personal sales productivity through effective account mapping, call planning, and Oracle NetSuite CRM utilization.
  • Develop, grow, and manage an 2.5 to 3X pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide excellent comprehensive customer service.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while being a fantastic team player.
