Requirements

  • College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or similar, or work experience commensurate with a minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of industry-related experience in field sales with EM/EAC/EMAC products and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%) and meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of industry-related software.

Responsibilities

  • Support local territory efforts to promote and sell ASSA ABLOY electromechanical (EM) and electronic access control (EAC) products and solutions.
  • Certify integrators’ sales, installation, and support capabilities through formal hands-on product training.
  • Train and support the channel, influencers, and other internal personnel.
  • Facilitate deployments of product test beds at certified integrator’s facilities and trial installations at select end user locations.
  • Collaborate and develop plans for increasing sales in the assigned territory.
  • Develop wiring diagrams and represent ASSA ABLOY in installation meetings with electrical contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site surveys and audits with integrators, and check on implemented solutions.
  • Strategize with team to win the highest overall product content.
  • Troubleshoot EM and EAC product-related issues.
