Our Sales Enablement and Operations Manager supports our Field Team Leader and In-Store Channel Leads' (ICL) efforts in managing the field sales team priorities, tools, communications, insights, content, systems, reporting, training and processes to support channel efforts for our Retail credit card partnerships. They collaborate closely with our Field Team leader, Field Team members and In-Store Channel Leads, with a goal of delivering on the fundamentals of our field team support, managing and improving processes, finding efficiencies in our channel practices, and developing and enhancing the quality of relevant field content, all with the intent of increasing the productivity and success of our field team and overall in-store channel credit card marketing efforts.
