MUST LIVE IN REGION - New York/New England The Field Director is responsible for leading a professional sales team that will own the relationships and merchandising responsibilities with our retail partners. This individual will also be responsible for the entire sales process, not just the retail side. This individual will guide teams responsible for selling and managing retail partners from regional chains, small chains, and independent / specialty doors, plus field-level merchandising support for the assigned doors in their regions for all account types (i.e., supporting national chains). Must understand and work with other Sales Leadership to ensure assigned accounts are appropriately serviced at the HQ and door level, these responsibilities include managing distribution, trade/ regional trade marketing, and field retail execution excellence.
