About The Position

The Field Sales Associate is responsible for generating revenue through customer engagement, territory management, and relationship building. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales through face‑to‑face interactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with travel within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, maintain high character, pay attention to detail, and be able to balance a large workload.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct in‑person visits, product demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Educate customers on product features, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
  • Work in the field, spending time offsite conducting customer meetings, prospecting activities, and sales engagements
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand territory revenue, including targeted outreach, account penetration strategies, and consistent follow up to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
  • Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring consistent coverage and follow through.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activity, forecasts, and progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer pain points, product performance, and market needs.
  • Represent the company at on site promotional events, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain professionalism in all customer‑facing situations.
